We are very pleased about your interest in our website. Data protection has a particularly high priority for the management of TALENT saxony GmbH. The use of the website of the “ECCM23” is generally possible without any provision of personal data. However, if a data subject wishes to use special services of our company via our website, the processing of personal data could become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no statutory basis for such processing, we generally obtain consent from the data subject.
The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, email address, or telephone number of a data subject, will always be carried out in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to TALENT saxony GmbH. By means of this privacy policy, our company would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use, and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this privacy policy, of the rights to which they are entitled.
As the controller, TALENT saxony GmbH has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, internet-based data transmissions may, in principle, have security vulnerabilities, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means, for example, by telephone.
The privacy policy of TALENT saxony GmbH is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our privacy policy should be legible and understandable for the general public, as well as for our customers and business partners. To ensure this, we would like to first explain the terminology used.
In this privacy policy, we use, among other terms, the following definitions:

An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
b) Data subject: Any identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data is processed by the controller responsible for the processing.
c) Processing: Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
d) Restriction of processing: The marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.

f) Pseudonymization: The processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
g) Controller or controller responsible for the processing: The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. Where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.
h) Processor: A natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
i) Recipient: A natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. j) Third party: A natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or body other than the data subject, controller, processor, and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
k) Consent: Any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to ihm or her.

The website of the “ECCM23” uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in a computer system via an internet browser.
Many internet pages and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a character string through which internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows visited internet pages and servers to differentiate the individual browser of the data subject from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified using the unique cookie ID.
The data subject may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies through our website by means of a corresponding setting of the internet browser used, and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be entirely usable.
If you use the contact form provided on our website or send us an email, the data you enter (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) will be transmitted to us and stored. This processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing and answering your inquiry.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to user requests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding or fulfilling a contract, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations (e.g., commercial or tax laws) prevent deletion.
To display fonts on our website consistently and in an appealing manner, we use web fonts provided by Google. In order to protect your privacy, these Google Fonts are hosted locally on our own server.
When you access our pages, no connection to Google servers in the USA is established. Therefore, no data (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google. The legal basis for the use of locally hosted web fonts is our legitimate interest in the technically secure, fast, and visually consistent presentation of our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Our website uses the mapping service Google Maps to display interactive maps and to make it easy to find the locations specified on our website. This service is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
To ensure data protection on our website, Google Maps is deactivated by default when you access our site. A direct connection to Google’s servers is only established if you actively consent to the loading of the map (e.g., via a cookie consent banner or by clicking a placeholder image).
Once you give your consent, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website, as well as your IP address and device data. This may involve data transmission to Google LLC in the USA. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by changing your cookie settings on our website.
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR regarding the processing of your personal data:
Right to Information and Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and detailed information about the processing.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to demand the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you or the completion of incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure / “Right to be Forgotten” (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data without undue delay, provided that one of the statutory grounds applies (e.g., the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected) and no statutory retention obligations prevent erasure.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of processing if the accuracy of the data is contested by you, if the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the data, or if we no longer need the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us.
Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests). We will then no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR): You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given us for data processing at any time with effect for the future.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Art. 77 GDPR): Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
