Call for Papers opens on 4 October 2027.
ECCM23 covers a broad, interdisciplinary spectrum of research and development on composite materials, with a particular focus on application and production technology. Beyond engineering and materials science, Dresden offers synergies with electrical engineering, computer science, biology and biotechnology.
Poster presentations, workshops and tutorials give undergraduates and post-docs hands-on experience of an international conference. Posters are shown prominently in the catering areas; a side exhibition runs on all days, focusing on measuring and testing equipment, software, business careers, and systems and mechanical engineering.
The European Conference on Composite Materials (ECCM) is the flagship event of the European Society for Composite Materials (ESCM). Held every two years, it is the largest composites conference in Europe, gathering the international community from fundamental science to industrial application.
